If you are not happy with the service provider then you have right to to move to the Consumer Forum and this post is for those people living in Pune. If you bought any goods or services then it is service provider responsibility to provide necessary services to resolve the issue. However if its not done then you can certainly move to the Consumer Court in Pune and file your request. But before moving to the forum, it is necessary to understand few basic things that I have explained in brief below.
1 – The first thing is – you must be a genuine consumer, that means you must bought the goods or services for your own purpose like if you bought computers, tablets, mobile phones etc.
2 – If the seller is not providing you services after sale, then you must send a written / type letter with your signature on his premises by registered courier and request them to provide necessary support / services.
3 – Now wait for a month, they should come back to you and provide necessary services, if not then you can move to the consumer court.
