Apart from this the University includes 12 number of schools having different field of study like Medical, Law, Engineering, Pharmacy and many others. Approx 1,200 number of staffs are working and 21,000 students are studying in the university. Establishment:
Earlier the Sharda Group of Institution was founded in the year 1996. The name ‘Sharda’ was described from the goddess Saraswati. Later on the Sharda University was established in the year 2009 for post graduate and under graduate standards.

Infrastructure:

The university consists of number of large auditoriums having outstanding equipped facilities of audio and video for seminars, professor speeches, conference, demonstrations etc. It has 6 number of big libraries having different section such as audio-video section, circular sections and others which comprises total number of one lakh books, recent magazines and newspapers. The area of library covers about 8,000 square feet long. The lab facilities are also available for both medical (28 labs) and engineering (41 labs) students.
